The primary purpose of the Customer Service Representative is to be the customer’s advocate throughout every interaction with our company.
The primary job duties of this role include:
- Serves as the point of contact for all customers.
- Verify pricing, scheduling, and shipping of customer orders.
- Data entry of orders.
- Verify inventory components.
- Analyze open orders, packing slips, and create shipping documents.
- Notifies customers of shipment details.
- Coordinate with all departments to resolve customer issues.
- Work with product planners to assure accuracy of on-time delivery.
