We are offering a unique career opportunity for a Customer Service Representative Level 2.

The primary purpose of the Customer Service Representative is to be the customer’s advocate throughout every interaction with our company.  

The primary job duties of this role include:

  • Serves as the point of contact for all customers.
  • Verify pricing, scheduling, and shipping of customer orders.
  • Data entry of orders.
  • Verify inventory components.
  • Analyze open orders, packing slips, and create shipping documents.
  • Notifies customers of shipment details.
  • Coordinate with all departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Work with product planners to assure accuracy of on-time delivery.

Job Requirements

These knowledge and skills sets are preferred regarding the Customer Service Representative:

  • 1 years relevant experience in Customer Service, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Associates degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Highly organized and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent verbal, written, listening, and telephone communication skills.
